Support for the journey
In a world designed by and for neurotypical people, it’s not easy to be a self-affirming autistic person.
Getting there is a journey: my job is to be your support along the way.
Self-Acceptance
For most people, this journey begins with self-understanding. I’ll help you explore questions like:
How does my mind work?
How is my nervous system built?
What really matters to me, personally?
What ways of relating to other people make the most sense to me?
What do I need throughout my day, and how can I know that I need it?
My goal is to help you see yourself in a new light—so you can accept yourself more, and maybe mask yourself less.
Roadmap
I’m also here to help you take new action steps, so you can:
Learn and practice new skills for regulating your nervous system
Make a plan to get out of burnout
Discover and change the parts of you that make you react automatically in stressful situations
Together, we’ll give you tools to help you move towards the life you want to lead.
